Shipment methods: By Sea, by train or by air.

1.Can you custom make special or particular bags according to our request?

Yes, we can custom make the bags according to your own design, drawings or samples.

2.Can you print our logo on your bags?

Yes, we can use silkscreen print, sublimation print or heat transfer print to print your logo on our bags. Please provide your logo graphic so that we can know which printing method to print your logo. When we do the printing, we need the vector files of your logo, please provide either .PDF or .AI formats.

3.What’s the process to order the bags?

Please provide all the specifications & details of the bags, such as picture, material, size, quantity, printing request, then we will make a quotation for you as fast as we can. We will make the visual artwork or sample for your approval after the price is accepted. Once the visual artwork or sample is approved, we will sign an invoice for you. We proceed the bulk production once you arrange the 30% deposit. The balance needs to be paid before the shipment(when shipment is by Air) or against the copy of B/L at sight(when the shipment is by Sea or train).

4.How can you protect my designs and brands?

Your confidential Information won’t be disclosed, reproduced or disseminated in any way. We can sign a confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with you.

5.How about your quality guarantee?

We’re 100% responsible for the damaged goods if it is caused by our improper sewing and package.
