Two conditions: sampling timeline starts after we receive your complete spec and sample fee, not after your first email. If inspection reveals defects, we will rework or replace before shipping — not ask you to accept and negotiate later.

If a confirmed quality issue arises, we act on a defined path. First, the issue is documented against the golden sample and your approved spec. Second, we determine whether it's a production defect or a spec misunderstanding. Third, we resolve it — rework, replacement, or credit note — within a timeframe agreed in writing. For critical defects, we issue a replacement shipment or credit note against your next order. We do not ask you to "accept slightly defective goods at a discount" as a first option.
